Sweet Temptations Cakes

Louise from local business Sweet Temptations Cakes in Keshcarrigan Co,Leitrim, was commissioned to create a cake for 102-104 I Radio to celebrate their 3rd Birthday. The festivities took place at Pure Nightclub in Sligo last Friday and I Radio were broadcasting live from the venue. The party was themed “Feel The Love” in conjunction with Valentines day and their was a black and white dress code for all the party goers. Louise created a four tier cake in keeping with the black and white, Valentines theme and comprised of three different flavours,
vanilla sponge, chocolate sponge and everyones favourite chocolate biscuit cake. Louise delivered the cake live on air and ended up in the hot seat with I Radios Fergal Darcy. Louise comented ” this was my first radio interview and to say i was nervous would be an understatement, but Fergal was great and he was really enthusiastic about the cake and wanted to know how i made it, which was a great help in taking my mind of the fact i was live on air with thousands of people listening in”

The celebrations kicked off with live outside broadcasts form Pure from early afternoon on Friday , one of the highlights of a truly memorable day was the presentation of an amazing birthday cake created by Louise and Andy from Sweet Temptations in Leitrim. The following morning the i102-104 team was up bright and early for a live broadcast from the Riverside Suites in Sligo who once again gave the iStaff VIP treatment all the way.
